1967 Ford Thunderbird 4 door suicide in Sevierville, TN

1967 ford thunderbird, good engine tranny and body, (minus trunk floor) need restored. car only has 49044 miles on it. 315 hp v8 engine, power everything, ac, etc. restoration was started but my dad died and I got it. I do not know how to restore it or i would keep it. Will have to be towed due to no brakes (brake booster is shot) I think all the chrome and lights are inside car as far as I know.
